When booking, you choose a time slot of half an hour or one hour and the place of collection.

It can be an airport, a station, a home, a hotel etc ... You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the reservation is done.

At the airport

Your concierge will wait for you at the meeting point communicated during our email exchanges or visible here in the drop-down list. The concierge will wear a yellow Eelway jacket.

At the station

Your concierge will wait for you at the meeting point communicated during our email exchanges or visible here in the drop-down list. The concierge will wear a yellow Eelway jacket. Please note that for security reasons and in agreement with the SNCF, we are not allowed to move to the dock, only the meeting point is the meeting place.

Home address

Your concierge will be waiting for you at the bottom of your building. You are notified when the concierge is on the road and when he arrives at your location, we kindlyask you to be ready when the concierge has arrived to your address.

At your hotel

It is possible to leave your luggage at the reception, but only with the hotel agreement. You can ask the receptionnist of your hotel and get back to us as soon as possible so we can collect your bags after your departure.
