When booking, you choose a time slot of half an hour and the place of delivery.

It can be at the airport, at a train station, your home, a hotel etc ... You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

At the airport

Your concierge will wait for you at the meeting point communicated during our email exchanges or visible here in the drop-down list. The concierge will wear a yellow Eelway jacket.

At the station

Home

Your concierge will be waiting for you at the bottom of your building. You are notified when the concierge is on the way and when he arrives at the location, we kindly ask you to be ready when the concierge arrives to your address.

At your hotel

It is possible to leave your luggage at the reception, but only with your hotel agreement. You can therefore make a request to the receptionist and come back to us as soon as possible so that we can deliver your bags before your arrival if possible.
